介绍了一种测量扬声器定心支片和振膜折环顺性仪器的工作原理、硬件结构和软件设置,使用该仪器在扬声器组装之前就可通过检测定心支片和振膜折环顺性得到扬声器顺性的变化曲线和确切数值,从而了解由于顺性的非线性对组装出的扬声器的影响,仪器还可用于定心支片和振膜折环元件生产的质量控制。
The principles,hardware configurations and software settings of the compliance measuring device for spiders and surrounds in loudspeakers are introduced. The compliance curve of spider and surround can be obtained before the loudspeakers are fixed, so the loudspeaker distortion which caused by the nonlinearity of compliance can be known. This measuring device is helpful in engineering design and quality control.
