摘要
目的观察中药治疗月经不调的临床疗效。方法选择210例月经不调患者,用中药定经汤治疗3个月经周期,观察临床疗效以及治疗前后患者症状评分变化情况。结果总有效率为91.4%,治疗前后症状评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药定经汤治疗月经不调有较好的疗效。
To observe the clinical efficiency of menstrual disorder by Decoction for irregular Menstruation of TCM.Mthtod We chose 210 cases of patients with menstrual disorder,they have taken Decoction for irregular Menstruation for three menstrual cycle,Before and after,all the patients were evaluated base on symptom index.Result According to the statistical.Results：the recovery had 74cases,the obuious effect had 80 cases,the effective had 38 cases,the ineffective before treatment （P〈0.05）, Conclusion Decoction for irregular Menstruation had excellent effect in treatment of menstrual disorder.
