摘要
目的观察益气活血滋肾汤治疗高尿酸血症肾病的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(30例),治疗组给予益气活血滋肾汤加别嘌呤醇,对照组给予别嘌呤醇,疗程均为8周;观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后血尿酸、肾功能、24小时尿微量蛋白、血脂和血液流变学指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组总有效率为66.67%(P<0.05);治疗组血尿酸、肾功能、24小时尿微量蛋白降低、血脂及血液流变学指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血滋肾汤具有降低高尿酸血症肾病患者血尿酸、减轻肾损害程度、改善血脂代谢及血液高凝状态等作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of ＂Yiqi Huoxue Zishen Decoction＂ in the treatment of hyperuricemia nephrosis. Method Seventy-two subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 42 cases were given this Decoction plus allopurinol and control group in which 30 cases were simply given allopurinol; the clinical effects, plasma uric acid, renal function,24-hour protein, blood lipid and blood rheology were observed. Results The total effective rate was 92.86% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group, P〈 0.05;the plasma uric acid, renal function, 24-hour protein, blood lipid and theology improved better in treatment group than in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion This Decoction is effective to relieve hyperuricemia nephresis, renal injury, improve blood lipid metabolism and blood hypercoaguability.
