中国现代化进程中呈现出的多元社会形态并存的现状,是中国行政伦理价值取向的基础。其在价值取向上受传统、制度和现实的影响,强调公平正义、以人为本,表现出多元跨越。受此影响,中国行政伦理的价值取向既面临困惑,又内含生机。
The basis of China＇ s Public Administrational Ethics values orientation is multi-social modality existing together in the course of the development of China.It gets the influence of tradition, system and reality on value orientaton, emphasizes on fair and just, founds on people, shows multivariate bestriddling. By this, value orientaton of Chinese administrative ethics not only faces with perplextion, but also contains vitality.
