摘要
磁共振波谱即MRS是一种无创性的检测脑内各种代谢物变化的方法,飞速发展的临床磁共振技术使得波谱质量和空间分辨率明显提高,MRS已经成为一种评价中枢神经系统各种疾病的诊断工具,其中包括癫痫、脑肿瘤、脑缺血及退行性疾病等,本文主要阐述了MRS的基本原理、检查方法以及其在神经系统疾病中的临床应用。
Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) is a non-invasive method in detecting spectral changes of various brain metahalites. Rapid development of ehnieal MPd allows to a better spectral quality and spatial resolution. MRS has become a diagnostic tool for assessing a number of disease of the central nervous system mainly including epilepsies, brain turnouts, ischemia, degenerative diseases and so on.In the following article, the principles, the examing methods and the clinical applications of MRS have been reviewed.
