电机电刷和集电器(环)的磨损分析 被引量:2

摘要 发电机和直流电动机使用的电刷和集电器(环),是电机中唯一的滑动磨擦部件,也是磨损最严重的部分.本文从摩擦学的角度出发,并考虑电化学的原理,对电刷和集电器(环)的摩擦和磨损情况进行了分析,并提出了提高抗磨损的措施. The brush collectors and slip rings of electrical machinery are a pair of parts of sliding contact with sliding friction. Their performance directly influences the reliability and service life of electrical machinery. According to the principles of tribology,our paper has analysed the friction and the wearing between the brush collectors and slip rings,and presented some measures that can increase wearing-resistance.
