摘要
对8周龄雌性Wistar大鼠连续灌服不同剂量喹胺醇40d,以探讨喹胺醇不同灌服量的促生长作用及对生殖内分泌机能的影响。结果表明,喹胺醇具有显著促进雌性大鼠增重的作用。药物剂量在10mg/kg(相当于150mg/kg饲料添加剂量)时,其促生长效果较为显著;喹胺醇对大鼠血清中P4和E2的含量均无明显影响。
Different dose of Kuianchun was given to 8-weej-old Wistar rats for 40 days to study the influence of the drug on the growth and reproductive endocrine,The results showed that Kuianchun could obviously promote rats＇ growth at the dose of 10mg/kg body weight which equaled to 150mg/kg added to the feed.The levels of P4 and E2 in blood serum in experiment group were higher than that of control group,but there were no signifieant difference between them.
