摘要 建立高效液相色谱法测定水产品中孔雀石绿及其代谢物隐色孔雀石绿残留量的检测方法。样品用乙腈-乙酸盐缓冲混合溶液提取,溶液分配到二氯甲烷层,后过中性氧化铝柱净化,采用高效液相色谱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量。本法简便、快速、定量准确、精密度高,适用于水产品中孔雀石绿及其代谢物隐色孔雀石绿残留量的检测。 High performance liquid chromatographic method (HPIE) have been developed for determination of malachite green and its metabolite leucomalachite green residues in aquatic products. The samples were extracted with acetonitrileacetate buffer mixture, and partitioned into methylene chloride with final cleanup on alumina column. The analytes were separated by HPLC with diode array detector and quantified using external standard calibration curves. The method is simple, rapid and accurate for detection of malachite green and its metabolite leucomalachite green residues in aquatic products.
