摘要
财务运行机制是财务各要素之间彼此依存、有机结合和自动调节所形成的内在关联和运行方式,是企业财务活动规律和资金运动规律的内在表现,是企业财务机制中最重要的组成部分。从财务管理的内容看,财务运行机制主要由筹资机制、投资机制和分配机制三部分组成。
Finance running mechanism is intrinsic relation and running form of the financial factors which depend on each other, combine organically and adjust automatically. It is inwardness reflection of conglomerate financial activity rule and capital turnover law. It is one of the most important components in conglomerate financial mechanism. From the point of fiscal administration, finance running mechanism consists of raising funds, investment and distribution.
