摘要
我国存在着大量的低标准在用房屋需要进行改造,在确定改造方案时,不仅要对方案进行技术上的论证,且要进行经济评价。通过建立净收益现值法评价公式并用工程实例说明在旧房改造经济评价中的应用方法,证明其应用更为方便。
A lot of substandard buildings need to be reconstructed in our country. When determining reconstruction plan, it needs to be not only demonstrated technically, but also evaluated economically. An evaluation formula of net income approach is introduced in this paper, and its application to economic evaluation of old building reconstruction is explained with engineering cases.
