摘要
比较了3种合成内消旋3,3-二甲基-1,2-环丙烷二酰氯的方法,确定了最佳的酰氯化方法为SOCl2法;并研究了反应时间对环丙烷二羧酸与乙醇的酯化反应的影响,当反应时间为65h时,二羧酸的转化率为92.2%。其中内消旋3,3-二甲基-1,2-环丙烷二羧酸由蒈醛酸内酯经高锰酸钾氧化得到。
Three halogenated methods of meso cis-3,3-dimethyl-1,2-cyclopropane dicarbonyl chloride were compared, and the best chloridate was SOCl2. Furethermore, the esterification time between cis-3, 3-dimethyl-1, 2-cyclopropane dicarboxylic acid and ethanol was also studled, when the time was 65h, the conversion of dicarboxylic acid was 92.2%. The meso cis-3,3-dimethyl-1,2-cyclopropane dicarboxylic acid was prepared via oxidation from 4-hydroxy-6,6-dimethyl-3-oxa-bicycle [3.1.0] hexan-2-one with KMnO4.
