摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备了锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛薄膜,并用XRD分析了样品的晶相和热处理温度的关系,用接触角仪测定了其亲水性。纳米二氧化钛薄膜的接触角经紫外光照射后减小,通过120min的紫外光照,薄膜的水接触角几乎降为0°,表现出超亲水性。
TiO2 nanoscale thin fiims were prepared by sol-gel method. The influence of the temperature on crystalline structure of the thin films was studied by XRD, the hydrophilieity of the films were measured by a contact angle instrument. The results show that the contact angle of the titania thin film decreased with the irradiation time. The tiatania thin film show superhy-drophilicity after 120min UV illumination while its contact angle approaches almost 0°.
