摘要
本文研究了五种不同林分土壤生态系中链霉菌及其绿霉拮抗菌的分布特征及某些土壤理化因子与土壤链霉菌分布的关系.研究结果表明:土壤链霉菌各类群在不同林分土壤中分布差异较大,土壤含水量、C/N和速效磷含量与链霉菌的数量分布呈正相关,在被试验的五种林分中,绿霉拮抗菌仅在杉木林、毛竹林和楠木林土壤中有分布,而以毛竹林土壤中分布最多.
The distribution of streptomycetes and their strains antagonistic to Trichoderma viride in soils supporting different forest communities, and its relationships with soil properties, were analysed. Significant differences in distribution of groups of streptomytes existed between 5 communities. The abundance of streptornycetes was positively correlated with moisture capacity, C/N ratio and available phosphorus content in the soils. The streptomycetes antagonistic to T. viride were observed only in forest land of Cunnighamia lanceolata, Phyllostachys pubescens, and Phoebe zhennan, and with greatest abundance in Phyllostachys pubescens forest.
