摘要
以1985年新滩滑坡为例,利用多时相遥感影像和高程数据以及基础地质资料,综合分析了新滩滑坡的环境背景和灾害影响.通过对比1959年和1986年两个年代的高程信息与TM遥感图像以及地质资料,进行了滑坡敏感性分析,得出新滩地区滑坡前后的高程变化;并编程计算新滩滑坡前后的体积变化量,得到了与史料记载相近的结果.在此实例分析的基础上,综合阐述了利用多时相、高分辨遥感数据对滑坡进行分析与预警调查工作的技术优势.
Immediate early gene ZENK is a single copy nuclear gene. It encodes a nuclear transcription factor. The gene is rapidly and transiently activated in many different call types by a variety of extracellular signals such as serum, growth factors, cytokines, and hormones. ZENK protein recognizes and binds to GC-rich sequences in the promoter of target genes with the DNA-binding domain, and regulates their transcription. ZENK is involved in the regulation of cell growth, differentiation and development. Its expression in brain pivotally connected with animal' s learning and memory. Recent studies show that ZENK has highly evolutional conservation, which implies that it can be apphed in molecular systematic studies as a new molecular marker.
