摘要
健美操选修课是目前高校体育课普遍开展的一门课。文章针对学生选修健美操课时表现出的各种动机进行分析,得出结论,为进一步激发学生的学习动机,提高教学质量,完善健美操教学提供参考。
Aerobics is one of the selective courses which are widely opened in physical education in universities at present . this paper analyzes the study motives of the students who select aerobics and draws a conclusion which provides reference for further stimulating students study motive and improving the teaching quality and perfecting aerobics teaching .
