摘要
建立PEG-(NH4)2SO4-8Q5SAC双水相体系测定铜的方法.实验表明,铜与试剂8Q5SAC在pH=9.26的NH4Cl-NH3·H2O双水相体系中显色形成稳定的紫色络合物,以试剂最大吸收波长665 nm为参比波长,配合物的最大吸收波长565 nm为测量波长,用双波长吸光光度法测得摩尔吸光系数为5.37×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,线性范围为0~0.5 μg/mL.用于工业废水样品测定,结果令人满意.
A new method for determination of copper using polyethylene glycol-ammonium sulfate two-phase aqueous systems is set up. It is shown that copper reacts with 2-(8-hidroxy quinolino -5-sulfoacid -7-azo) -1,8-dihidroxy-3,6-naphthalene disulfoacid to form a stable complex in pH 9.26 NH4Cl-NH3·H2O media and two-phase aqueous systems. The maximum absorbance of the reagent is 665 nm, the complex is 565 nm, the apparent molar absorptivity is 5.37 ×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1 by using the dual-wavelength spectrophotometry. Bee' s law is obeyed 0 - 0.5 μg/mL for copper in actual samples with satisfactory results.
