摘要
目的探讨精神科护士的睡眠状况及影响因素。方法对106名精神科护士采用睡眠状况自评量表评定分析并与全国常摸比较。结果精神科护士睡眠状况自评量表总分≥23分者显著高于全国常模;除觉醒不足、入睡困难、服药情况因子分均低于全国常模外,总分及其它因子分均明显高于全国常模(P<0.05或0.01)。结论精神科护士睡眠质量较差,易导致心理问题的发生,应引起精神科护理决策者的重视。
Objective To explore the sleep quality and influencing factorsin the nurses of psychiatry department. Methods Sleep qualities were assessed using the Self-rating scale of sleep（SRSS） in 106 nurses and compared with national norm. Results Nurses who had total scores ≥23 of the SRSS were significantly higher than that of national norm; except the third, fifth and ninth factor, total score and scores of the other factors were all higher than those of national norm （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Sleep qualities of the nurses in psychiatry department are poor, which is liable to produce psycho-problems and should be paid attention to.
