摘要
目的探讨抑郁症患者儿童期受虐史与疾病的相关性以及临床特征。方法采用儿童期虐待史问卷、汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表、攻击冲动量表对210例抑郁症患者进行儿童期受虐史、抑郁状况调查,比较有、无儿童期受虐史患者与抑郁症的相关性及抑郁症的临床特征。结果儿童期有受虐待史的患者与无儿童期受虐待史的患者在首发年龄、性别、自杀行为,以及汉密顿抑郁量表、汉密顿焦虑量表、攻击冲动量表总分和敌对性、激越易怒因子分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论儿童期有受虐史的抑郁症患者具有首发年龄较小,抑郁、焦虑症状严重,较高的自杀倾向、敌对性、易激越发怒等临床特征。
Objective To explore the correlation characteristics of depressive patients. Methods of childhood abused history and diseases as well as clinical Childhood abused history and depression state of 210 depressive patients were investigated with the CECA. Q, the HAMD, the HAMA and the AQ. We compared the clinical data of depressive patients with childhood or without childhood abused history. Results The patients who had childhood abused history had significantly higher scales of HAMD, HAMA, AQ, hostile and anger factors of AQ, and had significantly lower scales of reduce ratio of HAMD （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion Clinical characteristics of depressive patients with childhood abused history are first-episode age younger, severe depressive and anxious symptoms, higher suicide tendency, hostility and irritability.
