知识产权对国际直接投资与技术转让影响机制研究述评 被引量：5

摘要 GATT乌拉圭回合达成的《与贸易有关的知识产权协议》(TRIPS),确立了各国必须接受的知识产权保护的最低标准,知识产权保护越来越受到各国的重视。知识产权对国际经济的影响,特别是知识产权对FDI和技术转让的影响受到广泛的关注。文章主要是对目前相关的研究进行简单梳理,以期深化对此问题的认识,同时提出加强我国知识产权保护的建议。
