摘要
采用k-ε模型并结合壁面函数法,利用SIMPLEC算法编程,对某具有内置式加热器的凝汽器喉部的流场进行了三维数值模拟,得到了整个喉部流场的速度分布情况。结果表明,内置式加热器使凝汽器喉部出口流场速度分布的不均匀性加大,从而导致凝汽器热负荷的不均匀,最终影响到凝汽器的真空。该数值模拟结果对凝汽器喉部的完善化设计及改造,具有一定的指导作用。
The flow field of a certain condenser's throat, which has an inserted heater in it, has been treated with three-dimensional numerical simulation , by combining κ-ε models with the wall function calculation method, while the simplex method is used for program compiling. The velocity distribution of the throat's flow field is herewith obtained. Results indicate that the inserted heater remarkably increases the non-uniformity of the flow fields'velocity distribution at the condenser throat's outlet, which , in its turn, causes the condenser's heat load distribution to become non-uniform, finally seriously impairing the condenser's vacuum. The numerical simulation results may serve as a reference for improving the design or for reconstruction of condenser throats. Figs 3 and refs 9.
