摘要
湘潭电厂1025 t/h锅炉投产以来一直存在严重结焦问题,多次发生垮焦砸坏水冷管壁事故。为此从煤的燃烧特性和锅炉结构特性方面进行相关性分析,用锅炉常数作为煤种适应性的综合表征值。经计算得出:锅炉的着火稳定性常数大于规定值,着火稳定性良好;锅炉的燃尽性常数接近其下限值,燃尽尚可;锅炉结焦性常数,大于规定值上限,炉膛结焦较为严重,现场实际也证明了该计算结果,从而可正确判断燃烧过程中可能产生的问题及原因,为改造提供依据。通过调整炉内卫燃带敷设位置和减少卫燃带面积,取得了显著效果。该分析方法同时对其它炉型也有借鉴作用。表9参4。
Xiangtan Power Plant's 1025 t/h boiler has been troubled by serious slagging problems ever since commissioning ; quite a time tubes of the water cooled wall incurred damage failures due to tumbling down lumps of slag. For the purpose of analyzing the problem from the point of view of the coal' s combustion characteristics and the boiler' s structural peculiarities, boiler constants are used for expressing its adaptability to the coal category concerned. According to calculation results: ignition property is good in case the boiler's ignition constant exceeds a specified value; burn off rate is still acceptable in case the boiler' s burn off constant approaches the lower limit of its specified value; the furnace's slagging tendency will be relatively serious in ease the boiler's slagging constant exceeds the upper limit of its specified value. Since on-site observations have vindicated calculation results, problems and their cause of occurrence, that show up during combustion, can be judged accurately and thereby provide a basis for reconstruction, Satisfactory effects have been obtained by adjusting the refractory belt's location and reducing its area in the furnace, This way of analyzing may also serve as a reference for other types of boilers.
