摘要
房屋拆迁是区域社会发展特别是城市化进程中普遍发生的社会现象,易引发社会冲突,必须正确、慎重对待。推进区域社会发展必须自觉运用战略思维。制定和落实区域社会发展战略应坚持横向战略和纵向战略、客体战略和主体战略的有机统一。实施区域社会发展战略必须选好战略突破点。
Pulling down houses and removing the residence is a ubiquitous social phenomenon in the process of regional society development, especially in that of urbanization. Since it can easily lead to social conflict, we must treat it correctly and carefully. To consciously use strategic thinking is necessary in advancing regional society development. To constitute and carry out the development strategy of regional society should adhere to the combination of lengthways and transverse strategies, that of subjective and objective strategies. We must choose the strategic breakthrough point properly in carrying out the regional society development strategy.
