摘要
发展现代生态农业是树立科学发展观、建立循环经济、推进农业生态文明和实施农业可持续发展战略的客观要求。我国发展现代生态农业既有资源、经验、市场、劳动力和政策等方面的有利条件,又存在农业资源短缺、人地矛盾加剧、农村生态环境恶化和农民整体文化素质偏低等制约因素,应当采取积极对策与具体措施,发挥优势,扬长避短,促进现代生态农业持续健康发展。
To develop modern ecological agriculture is the objective requirement for setting up scientific development view, for constructing revolving economics, for advancing agricultural ecological civilization and for carrying out sustainable agricultural development strategy. Some advantageous conditions do exist for China to develop modern ecological agriculture, such as resources, experience, market, labor force and policies, while there are also some restricting factors such as lack of agricultural resources, strengthened contradiction between people and earth, worsened rural ecological environment and low culture quality of rural people. It is necessary to adopt active countermeasures and detailed measures to exert the advantages and avoid the disadvantages in order to accelerate the healthy and sustainable development of modern ecological agriculture.
