摘要
用二苯醚、十六醇和发烟硫酸为主要原料,合成了十六烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠。得到较佳的工艺条件为:n(十六醇)∶n(二苯醚)为1.00∶1.50,70℃下烷基化6 h,得到产率为96.7%的单烷基化产物;n(十六烷基二苯醚)∶n(发烟硫酸)为1.0∶2.6,35℃下磺化2 h,中和后得到产率为40.0%的烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠。并对所得产品进行分析测试,确定为目的产品。
Sodium hexadecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate was synthesized using diphenyl ether, cetyl alcohol and fuming sulfuric acid as main starting materials. From the experiment the optimal reaction conditions were found as: alkylation mole ratio n (cetyl alcohol) : n(diphenyl ether) = 1.00: 1.50, at 70 ℃ for 6 h, with yield 96.7% ; sulfonation mole ratio n(hexadecyl diphenyl ether): n(fuming sulfuric acid) = 1.0:2.6, at 35 ℃ for 2 h; after neutralization, the final product yield is 40.0%. The product was characterized by analysis using IR and HPLC spectra.
