摘要
重新阐述了社交能力的概念和内涵,提出研究青年学生社交能力的结构模型。采用自陈量表编制方法和因素分析技术,编制了具有一定信度、效度的“青年学生社交能力评定问卷”。因素分析结果表明,青年学生社交能力结构由自我监控能力、社交态度、解决社交问题的能力、社会洞察能力、人际管理能力和人际沟通能力6个因素构成,与原有理论构想的5维度有较大的契合之处。
To figure out the structure of social competence of adolescent students, Questionnaire on Social Competence of Adolescents is designed in the light of the new multi - dimensional model. Through the use of factor analytic techniques, six separate domains of social competence are identified： self- supervision, pro - social attitude, problem - solving skills, social perception skills, interpersonal administration skills, and communication skills.
