摘要
对3种材料制作的滚轴的滚动摩擦系数、弹性恢复力和极限强度进行了试验,并对3种滚轴的隔振效果进行了计算机模拟分析。试验结果表明,采用工程塑料合金制作的滚轴具有良好性能。该滚轴已在建筑物整体平移工程中得到成功应用。
The rolling friction coefficient, elastic resilience and ultimate strength of the three kinds of rollers are researched. The effect of the isolation vibration is simulated and analyzed by computer for the rollers. The results indicate that the performance of the roller made from engineering plastic alloy is better than the others. The roller had been used successfully in the building removal.
