摘要
传统的建筑物维修管理方法已暴露出不少弊端,如人的主观判断、管理混乱、维修滞后等。以数据库技术和相关计算机技术以及建筑科学方面的理论为基础,提出了建立建筑物状况的综合评估系统的方法。在建立建筑物数据库时,提出采用层次表达的方法,数据信息和图形信息相互结合。结合有关可靠性理论,提出采用层次分析法和失败树分析法对建筑物进行评估。
Traditional maintenance management model has exposed many drawbacks, such as subjective judgment of human, disordered management model and late maimenance etc. Based on the technology of database and interrelated computer science and the theory of architectural engineering science, we put forward the method of establishing an integrative appraisal system of buildings' status. In establishing building database,a new way we call it hierarchical representation is put forward, which combines data information with drawing information. According to reliability theory, the analytical hierarchy process and failur cause tree analysis are used in this appraisal system.
