摘要
本文针对宝钢钢管厂Φ１８００ｍｍ冷锯机存在的问题，对冷锯机的进锯载荷及锯片传动轴扭矩进行了现场测试及分析，找出了原因，为改进冷锯机提供了依据。
To Φ1800mm cold saws problems in steel pipe plant of baosteel,worksite measurement and analysis of saw fed load fr cold saw and torque of transmission shaft by instrument is to found the reqson that system cant work in normal. So new cald saw with measurement results is design.
