摘要
重型机械中,尤其冶金设备领域,万向接轴在传动系统中的应用非常广泛。但生产中常常出现万向接轴输出轴端转速波动现象,结果是破坏了设备的同步条件,引起了打滑、附加载荷和由打滑诱发的自激振动与噪声,不仅恶化了工作条件,甚至导致设备事故。本文分析了万向接轴输出轴端速度波动的原因和计算方法,并提出防止这种现象的措施。
Transmission with inclined axis is inevitable from technological necessity in many machineries,especially in metallurgical equipments ,therefore ,universal shaft is used very far and wide. However, it is frequently to occur angular speed swinging of output axis in universal shaft transmission system,that breaks the machinery synchronization and produces sliding, as a result, increasing additional load and taking place drastic sliding self-excited vibration and noise. Hence ,it is not only worsening work conditions,but also introducing damage of equipment. Reasons and calculating method for angular speed swinging of the universal shaft transmission were analyzed ,and preclusive measur is suggested.
