摘要
目的为观察血塞通注射液治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法将146例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组84例(血塞通注射液治疗)和对照组62例(复方丹参注射液治疗),两组均治疗14天为1个疗程。观察患者治疗前后的症状、心电图、血黏度变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组总有效率为62.91%(P<0.05)。结论血塞通注射液治疗各类冠心病疗效确切,并具有改善血液流变学的作用。
To observe the clinical effects of ＂Xuesaitong Injection＂ in the treatment of coronary heart disease, 146 subjects were randomized into two groups：treatment group in which 84 cases were treated with＂Xuesaltong Injection＂and control group in which 62 cases were treated with ＂Compound Danshen Injection＂ ,with a course of 14 days. The clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram and blood viscosity were observed. Result：The total effective rate was 92.86% in treatment group and 62.91% in control group,P〈0.05. It is showed that this Injection has positive effect on coronary heart disease and blood viscosity.
