摘要
本文从论述我国能源布局与水火电力界面出发,分析了全国的电力流向,阐明了河南电网在能源交界面和水火电力交换中的地位,以及与三峡电站和全国联网的关系,在提出全国联网方案并进行技术经济比较的基础上,对能源布局和水火电力调节方式进行了分析论证。
Based on the analysis of energy resource distribution in China, the power transfer direction of the whole country is analyzed. The position of Henan power system in exchange of hydroelectric-and thermoelectric power and the relation of Henan power system with Three Gorges power station and integrated interconnection is expounded. On the basis of putting forward a plan for integrated interconnection and comparison of technique-economy, the put forward plan for exchange of hydroelectric-and thermoelectric power is expounded and demonstrated.
