摘要
目的观察针灸推拿综合疗法治疗失眠(心脾两虚型)的临床疗效。方法将92例患者随机分为治疗组(针灸推拿组)和对照组(针灸组),分别施治,进行临床观察。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,经χ2检验,P<0.01。结论针灸推拿综合疗法治疗失眠(心脾两虚型)疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the synthetical therapy of acupuncture and tuina on hyposomnia （type of deficiency of both heart and spleen）. Method To divide randomly 92 cases into the treatment group （acupuncture and tuina group） and the control group （acupuncture group）. The different therapies were given to two groups and the clinical effects were observed respectively. Result The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group after X^2 test （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The synthetical therapy of acupuncture and tuina has a significant curative effect on hyposomnia （type of deficiency of both heart and spleen）.
