摘要
目的观察中药健脾平肝汤治疗小儿多发性抽动症(Tourettesyndrome,TS)的疗效。方法将140例辨证属于脾虚肝亢的TS患儿随机分为2组,中药治疗组120例采用健脾平肝汤治疗,西药对照组采用氟哌啶醇治疗。结果中药治疗组总有效率92.5%,西药对照组总有效率90.0%。经Ridit分析,P>0.05,无显著性差异。结论中药治疗TS疗效好且无副作用,有着明显的优势。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Jianpipinggan Decoction on Tourette syndrome ,（TS）. Method To divide randomly 140 cases of TS （type of spleen-insufficiency and liver-hyperactivity） into two groups. The treatment group （n=120） was treated with Jianpipinggan Decoction and the control group was treated with haloperidol. Result The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5% and that of the control group, 90.0 %. P〉0.05 after Ridit analysis and the difference was not significant. Conclusion Chinese herbal drugs used for treating TS have a good effect and no side or toxic effects.
