摘要
目的:探讨早产主要原因及对母婴的影响。方法:回顾性分析96例早产的发生原因及对母婴的影响,并对不同孕龄组28￣34周,34+1￣36+6周2组作比较。结果:胎膜早破、双胎、胎盘因素、臀位、妊娠高血压综合征占据早产病因前五位。孕周不同的2组早产对母亲的影响无显著差别,但在新生儿死亡、呼吸窘迫综合征及低体重儿发生率方面有显著差异。结论:孕期多种因素与早产有关,早产是新生儿发病和死亡的主要原因。胎龄越小,新生儿体重越轻,其病死率越高。因此加强早产的预防、诊断和治疗有着十分重要的意义。
Objective： To discuss the influence on mother and baby with premature birth.Methods： 96Cases of Prmature birth were divided into 28-34 weeks group and34^＋1～36^＋6. weeks group,and Comparision between 2 8roups.Result： 5elements influence mother and baby very little inchiding the breaking of fetal membrane ahead of time, 2 fetuses, the place of placenta, the place of buuocks and wish blovd pressure oluring the perivd of presnancy meanwhile influence much in such as baby death.Symptom of difficult breath and low weisht baby.Conclusion.. The premature birth is closels related to many facturs about pregnant period and Premature birth is the main cause that result in more baby disease and even baby death.And it maintains the shorter the fefus,the lishter the baby.Therefore it is of great imporance to pay attention to the prevention of premature birth, diagnosis and treatment.
