正肝汤对肝硬化腹水患者T_3、T_4的调节作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察正肝汤对肝硬化患者内分泌激素T3、T4的调节作用。方法:肝硬化腹水患者60例,随机分正肝汤组和对照组各30例。治疗前后分别检测患者血中的三碘甲腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)。结果:经正肝汤组治疗后,患者甲状腺素较治疗前有明显提高,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),但对照组与治疗前差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗后血中三碘甲腺原氨酸与治疗前差异无显著性意义(P﹥0.05)。结论:正肝汤对肝硬化腹水患者内分泌激素T3、T4紊乱有明显的调节作用,这可能是正肝汤改善肝硬化腹水临床症状和体征的机制之一。
