摘要
为解决某稀土精矿分解厂在废水处理工艺中,NH3N吹脱效率低(40%),吹脱塔内经常结垢的问题,采用化学沉淀法对废水进行预处理,再进一步考察吹脱法对NH3N的去除。研究结果表明,化学沉淀试验中,在尽量不增加PO43-污染物的前提下,当pH=9.0、n(Mg2+)∶n(PO43-)=10.975时,NH3N浓度减少到2148mg·L-1,处理效率为74%,Mg2+浓度减少到33.6mg·L-1;吹脱试验中,当pH=11时,吹脱后NH3N浓度进一步减少到420mg·L-1,总去除率为95.3%,且结垢问题大为改善。本研究为解决相关问题提供了参考。
This paper aims to present a newly improved method in splitting a kind of rate earth ore in a factory' s sewage treatment. As is known, there exist such problems as lower removal rate with ammonia nitrogen (40%), and carbonate scaling in the stripping tower. So far as what we have done in our experiments, the optimum results indicated that under the precondition of adding the phosphate as least as possible, when chemical precipitation method is used, pH = 9.0, n (Mg^2 + ) : n ( PO4^3- ) = 1 : 0.975, the content of ammonia nitrogen in the sewage can be reduced to 2 148 rag· L^-1. In doing so, the removal rate was 74%. At the same time, the content of magnesium ion could be reduced to 528 mg· L^- 1. Furthermore, under the condi- tion of pH = 11, the content of ammonia nitrogen in the sewage could he reduced to 420 mg· L^- 1 . Therefore, with the stripping method, the final removal rate is likely to increase to 80%. The carbonate scaling problems can thus be better solved. All the results will he helpful to the comparative study in the future.
