摘要
随着2005年9月新的《普通高等学校学生管理规定》的颁布,大学生婚育权与高校管理权之间的矛盾关系成为社会热点。其实,如果从法律层面说,大学生婚育权属于人权,自然高于管理权。从管理模式上说,高校对于大学生婚育应当积极输导而不是一概封杀。从文化层面上说,我们应当去除封建的东西,主动帮助大学生树立正确、健康的婚育观。
After the Regulation on the Administration of the College Student was issued in September 2005, the conflict between the marriage and procreating right of college students and the administrant fight of universities has become the hot topic of our society. ActuaRy the marriage and procreating right of college students is a issue of human right from the angle of law, which is naturally higher than the administrant right of a university. Universities should persuade their students rather than punish them in consideration of this problem. From the angle of culture, we should pick out the feudal ideas and help college students set up a correct and healthy concept of marriage and procreating on our own initiative.
