摘要
为促进学生营养餐的健康发展,为我国学生营养餐生产者和管理部门提供借鉴,综述了日本、美国和中国学生营养餐存在的主要卫生问题,日本、美国、欧盟和我国学生营养餐实施HACCP的研究和管理情况,针对我国学生营养餐HACCP的具体实施情况提出了研究建议。
To promote the development of the school nutritious meal and give reference for school nutritious meal manufactories and administration authorities in China, the article reviewed main hygiene problems of school nutritious meal in the United States, Japan and China. Various aspects of school nutritious meal in the United States, Japan, China and EU including current research progresses and management of HACCP system, as weU as some recommendations and suggestions for school nutritious meal in China are presented.
