摘要
为了完善公共卫生检测实验室的仪器设备管理程序,促进仪器设备的程序化、规范化管理,保证仪器设备发挥最大效能,保证实验室提供公正、准确的检测数据,针对目前实验室仪器设备管理中存在的程序文件和操作细则不完善、管理记录档案不规范、轻视小型仪器设备和辅助设备的维护管理、忽视仪器设备使用安全、不重视合理配置仪器设备管理人员等问题进行讨论,对解决问题的办法提出建议,以提高实验室仪器设备管理水平,保证检测实验室质量和信誉,增强竞争能力,特别是参与国际间检测实验室竞争的能力。
In order to promote management of lab instruments and improve management regulation of pubic health laboratories by which laboratory instruments can be used with high efficiency to provide fair and exact data, some issues on how to manage public health instruments are discussed. These issues include integrated program files, practice guideline and record files. Adjustment of some instruments, maintenance of small instruments, safety use of instruments and allocation of personnel were also discussed. Some advices which may help improve management level of laboratory and competitive power with international laboratories are put forward.
