卫生部批准的795种参类保健食品情况分析 被引量:15

摘要 为了解参类保健食品的现状,为研究制定参类保健食品的标准提供依据,对1996年~2003年7月卫生部批准的795种保健食品资料进行了分析,用EXCEL建立数据库,运用SAS6.12软件进行统计分析。参类保健食品中具有抗疲劳功能产品的人参总皂甙含量的范围为0.001~25g100g,每人每日人参总皂甙摄入量的范围是0.000112~0.75g d。具有免疫调节功能产品的人参总皂甙含量范围在0.0003~20.3g100g,每人每日人参总皂甙摄入量范围在0.000113~1.5g d。单方参类产品的人参总皂甙含量与每人每日皂甙摄入量之间存在线性趋势。参类保健食品中人参总皂甙含量及人参总皂甙每日摄入量范围差异很大,一定的剂量范围与参类保健食品的功能定性对应。应该对参类保健食品的功效成分与功能的关系制定相应的标准以代替重复审批。 In order to know the actuality of ginseng health foods for further research and establishing standards for ginseng health foods, an investigation was made on 795 kinds of ginseng health foods authorized by Ministry of Health from 1996 to July. 2003. A database was created, and statistical research was made with SAS 6.12. The relationship between the claimed function and the content and recommended dose of ginsenosides (the efficacy components of ginseng) was analyzed. The result showed that many kinds of ginseng health foods were compound products and the rates of products claimed having function of antifatigue and immunomodulation were 53.58% and 40.63% respectively. The content of ginsenosides in products with antifatigne function was 0.001 - 25 g/100 g and the recommended dose of ginsenosides was 0.000 112 - 0.75 g/d. The content of ginsenoside in products claimed having function of with immunomodulation ranged from 0.000 3 g/100 g to 20.3 g/100 g and the recommended dose of ginsenosidcs was 0.000 113 - 1.5 g/d. There was linearity trend between content and dose of ginsenosides for simplex ginseng products. There were large differences in content and recommended dose of ginsenosides among different kinds of ginseng health foods. Certain dose range was corresponding with certain function of ginseng health foods. The results of the analysis indicate that relevant standards can be established for the recognition of the function of ginseng health foods according to its content of ginsenosides instead of repeated approval individually.
