摘要
综观世界各地,不论经济制度、技术水平、经济实力或是文化制度有多大的差异,政府对风险投资的发展都持积极的扶持态度。研究表明,适度的政府参与是风险投资发展的必要条件,通过实行多种措施加以促进,才使全球风险投资有了红红火火的发展。因国情不同,各国政府在其中的作用也不尽相同。本文通过分析国外政府参与风险投资的模式,探讨了当前我国政府在发展风险投资业上应当采取的对策。
All governments take positive attitude towards developing risk investment, though they have much variance in the economic system, technical level and culture. Studies indicate that the moderate state participation is the requirement of the risk investment, which needs government, to take measures to facilitate its development. Because of the dissimilarity of the countries, the governments take different roles in their participation. This paper analyzes foreign governments＇ participation in risk investment and its mode. It prebes into the active countermeasm＇es that Chinese government should take.
