偏头痛的基因研究 被引量：2

摘要 偏头痛是一种常见的有一定家族性的疾病,其病因较为复杂,涉及遗传和环境等多重因素。近10年来的研究发现,偏头痛与离子通道基因、5-HT代谢基因、多巴胺代谢基因、血管病危险因子基因、炎性因子基因、性激素受体基因等有关,但这类研究尚未得出一致性的结论。应用连锁和全基因组扫描方法,发现了许多偏头痛遗传易感位点,但目前还没有发现一般性偏头痛的单一致病基因。
