摘要
随着塑料制品在现代工业中的广泛应用,先进制造业对激光塑料焊接的需求越来越迫切。本文论述了用激光焊接塑料的基本原理,目前的应用情况及发展趋势。通过选用激光、加工设备研究了塑料焊接工艺。按材料,焊接工艺和主要参数,来全面介绍了激光塑料焊接的取得的成果和现阶段的工作。
With the wild usage of plasic in morden industry, there is a exigent need of plastic laser weiding in advanced manufacturing. This paper summarizes the principle, application and development of plastic laser welding. Research the plastic welding by means of choosing laser and process equipment. The achievment of plastic welding and our work at present are also introduced in this papar in aspect of material,welding techinques and main parameter.
