摘要
文章主要从工艺角度论述了上海大众帕萨特领驭这一车型中所应用的两种典型激光焊接技术-车顶与侧围外板的激光熔焊和后盖外板上下板的激光钎焊。并根据大量的试验结果,列举了几个主要工艺参数对激光焊接质量的影响,提出了保证良好焊接质量的方法。
Based on laser welding processes, this paper investigate the two typical laser welding technique applied in Passat of Shanghai Volkswagen; Laser welding between roof and side panel; Laser brazing in rear cover. According to the experimental results, the main process parameters which influence the laser welding quality have been obtained, the method for guaranteeing regular welding quality has also been proposed.
