摘要
为了取得合成羽绒洗涤剂的最佳方法,通过单纯形优化试验,分别寻找到由阴离子型和非离子型表面活性剂合成洗涤剂时最有经济比较优势的二个配比:非离子型CTX-4=32;CTX-5=9;CTX-6=11;CTX-10=28;JC增溶剂=6;水=14。阴离子型:CLAS=21;CAES=12;CTX-10=8;CNENOL=4;JC增溶剂=6;水=49。通过阴离子型和非离子型洗涤剂的洗涤试验对比发现,常温时非离子型洗涤剂在经济性和强度上有明显的优点;温度接近水的冰点时,非离子型洗涤剂优势不再明显。并就不够新鲜的羽毛在洗涤时采用反自然零电位法的原理进行了介绍和探讨。对合成类似洗涤剂有一定的借鉴作用。
Through simplex optimization experiment, we find two optimum and economic proportions to produce feather detergent formed by anion surfactant and nonionic surfactant. For nonionic system, the optimum composition is made up of 32% CTX-4, 9% CTX-5,11% CTX-6,28% CTX-10, 6% JC and 14% H2O. For anion system, the optimum composition is 21% CLAS, 12% CAES,8% CTX-10,4% CNENOL, 6% JC and 49% H2O. Contrasted by the wash experiments we find there is a great virtue at room temperature for nonionic detergent. However, when the temperature is close to freezing point the virtue is not obvious. The counter-natural zero potential method is discussed in the present paper, which has a certain model function to synthesize the similar detergent.
