摘要
制备了熔盐电解TiO2制备海绵钛所需的TiO2电极,并对电解过程中电解温度进行了研究.在SX2-1700℃箱式电阻炉内测定了TiO2电极导电性能随温度的变化关系,在数字式真空电解炉内测定了电解过程中温度随电流的变化关系,并从热力学的角度对电解过程中的转变温度进行了理论分析.研究表明:TiO2电极的质量和制备工艺对电解产物的质量有直接影响,电解过程中的电流效率、电流密度主要由TiO2电极的导电性能所决定,电解过程的最佳温度应该控制在850~950℃之间.
The TiO2 electrodes for preparing spongy titanium metal in molten CaCl2 system were prepared. This paper studies the electrolysis temperature. The correlativity of temperature and conductivity for TiO2 electrodes is measured in the SX2-1700℃ box-type furnace. The correlativity of temperature and electric current was measured in the digital vacuum electrolytic furnace. The transformation temperature in the electrolysis process is also analyzed by thermodynamics theories. The results show that the quality and preparation methods of TiO2 electrode influence the quality of the products primarily. The current efficiency and density are determined by the conductivity of TiO2 electrodes. The temperature of electrolysis process should be controlled between 850℃ to 950℃.
