摘要
利用等离子弧对低碳钢表面预涂的铁基自熔性合金粉末进行了熔覆处理,并对熔覆层的组织结构和性能进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,在一定的工艺参数下,铁基自熔性合金粉末可以在钢的表面形成一层铺展均匀、结合牢固、具有零稀释率特点的熔覆层。
The self molten Fe base alloy powder on low carbon steel precoated sheet was melted by thermal plasma arc. The microstructure and hardness of the clad coating were analyzed. The results showed that a uniform, adherent and non dilution clad coating on low carbon steel was obtained under the proper cladding parameters.
