摘要
为研究饲喂高铜日粮对不同性别、不同生长发育阶段内仔鸡的影响，进行了本试验。试验用１日龄ＡＡ肉仔鸡１５０只，公母各半。基础日粮采用玉米──豆饼型日粮，试验期共８周，分３个阶段进行（１～２周、３～６周、７～８周）。试验以硫酸铜为外加铜源，补铜水平分别为８ｍｇ／ｋｇ（Ｃ组）和１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（Ｔ组）。每个处理组设３个重复。试验结果表明，在本试验条件下，试鸡生产性能没有因高剂量补铜而得到改善，肝脏铜与对照组无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），羽毛、鸡空体铜浓度和体铜沉积率则显著高于其它处理组（Ｐ＜０．０１或Ｐ＜０．０５）。
On’e trial was conducted to study the effects of high copper on female and male broilersduring three growing stages(I～2Wk,3～4Wb,7～8wk).15O one-day-old Abro Acres Chicks J(female: male=l:l) were used In one factorial design with three duplicates.Basal corn’-soybean meal diet was supplemented with 8 and 100mg/kg copper as copper sulfate.The result indicated that,under the condition of this study,neither improve performancenor increased liver cooper.Was observed with chicks fed high copper diet:However,feather copper,body copper and retention enhanced significantly compared with control.
