实验仪器测试平台的抗振设计

摘要 实验仪器测试平台是准确测量的重要物质基础,它受到的振动可归结为单自由度的振动问题。通过对单自由度振动系统特性分析,分析相关抗振因子特性,从而得出实验测试平台的抗振设计基本原理,即只有当外激频率fj大于系统频率f0的2倍时,抗振系统才有效;进而从材料、结构及措施上进行抗振介绍,以全息照相实验平台的抗振动设计为例作了测算和设计。 Experiment instrument testing bench is important matter foundation for accurate measurement, Vibration comes from a single variance. This paper analyzed system feature and correlative anti-vibration factor of the single variance and came to the conclusion of anti-ibration design basic principle for experiment instruent testing bench, Anti-vibration system is valid when exciting frequecy is greater than √2 multiple system inherent frequency. This paper also introduced antl-vibration design for material, structure and finally, gave the calculation and design taking holograph experiment testing bench as example.
