摘要
与平面机构相比,空间机构的分析设计比较困难,很难应用直观试凑法进行设计,几何作图法一般仅局限于解决比较简单的机构设计问题。本文介绍了空间机构运动分析的有限转动张量法,基于三维CAD软件建模,结合动力学分析软件进行了空间机构的运动分析。数值仿真结果表明,结合CAD/CAE软件进行空间机构运动分析的方法应用方便、易于推广,并可进一步为空间机构的动力学分析提供计算平台。
s:Design and analysis of a spatial mechanism are more difficult. Comparing with it of a planar mechanism,a direct trial method nearly cannot be applied in design of a spatial mechanism. Geometrical construct methods are commonly limited in solving some relatively simple problems of designing spatial mechanisms. This paper introduces a finite rotational tensor method that can be applied in kinetic analysis of a RSSP spatial mechanism. At the same time,kinetic analysis of the RSSP spatial mechanism also is performed based on integrating a three dimensional CAD tool with an automatical dynamic analysis system. Simulation results show that it is an effective method,which is facility for handling. Further more,this method also offeres an integrated operating platform for dynamical analysis of a spatial mechanism.
